Specialized training for safer and more professional driving
At CECAT, we provide specialized training for Torton, Trailer, and Full truck operators, strengthening their technical, operational, and safety skills through theoretical and practical training.
Our program is designed to develop better-prepared, safer, and more reliable drivers who can handle the real challenges of on-the-road operations.
Training Model
Training Based on Experience and Real-World Practice
Training at CECAT is organized into five core modules designed to strengthen knowledge, driving skills, and a culture of operational safety.
Training Modules
Introduction – General overview of the program, operational processes, and the operator’s responsibilities.
Understanding the Unit – Identification of components, operation, maintenance, and best practices for operating the unit.
Education and Road Safety – Regulations, risk prevention, responsible driving, and a culture of road safety.
Driving – Driving techniques , maneuvers, vehicle control, and operational decision-making.
Practical Training – Hands-on training focused on real-world operating situations and safe driving.

We are looking for committed, responsible operators with prior experience who wish to strengthen their skills and continue their professional development.

- Valid Federal License
- Desirable R-Control

Training for Torton
- 2 years of experience driving a pickup truck or flatbed truck
- 1 year of experience in Torton
Training for Beginners
- 3 years of experience in Torton
- 1 year of experience in Sencillo
Training for Full
- 4 years of experience at Sencillo
- 2 years of experience in Full
Training in the schoolyard
- 4 years of experience in Torton
- 1 year of experience in Sencillo
